Rush Town Board Special Meeting Minutes - 2006/03/20

March 20, 2006

A Special Meeting of the Rush Town Board was held on March 20, 2006 at the Rush Town Offices, 5977 East Henrietta Road and was called to order at 7:30 a.m.

Present:
Councilman Donald Knab
Councilman Thomas Doupe
Councilwoman Lisa Sluberski
Supervisor William Udicious
Absent: Councilman Luther Keyes – excused

A Special Meeting of the Town Board was called by Supervisor Udicious on Friday, March 17, 2006 to be held on Monday,
March 20, 2006 at 7:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting was to ask for Town Board approval to purchase a pedestrian wooden bridge that had been used at the landscaping show at the Dome Arena.

Supervisor Udicious presented all the information about the bridge and the intended use. After discussion:

RESOLUTION #92
Councilman Knab moved BE IT RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is authorized to spend up to $3,500.00 to purchase a pedestrian bridge to be used on the property west of the Town Hall. Councilman Doupe seconded the motion.

Supervisor Udicious aye carried.

The meeting was adjourned with the consent of all board members.
